There’s no headache in making payments for services at MineWrite Marketing & Communications. Whether you prefer clicking a button to pay electronically or mailing a check, we’ve got you covered.

Clients seeking more traditional forms of payments are invited to mail checks — no cash, please — to the MineWrite Marketing post office box listed below.

Payments are due 30 days or less from the date printed on the issued invoice.

Any questions regarding service fees should be asked immediately upon receipt of payment notification / invoice. Any time thereafter, full payment is expected within the 30-day period. (Payment Plans are available at the time of contract establishment for some services in some cases, upon the discretion of MineWrite Marketing.)

In the case of outstanding payments (i.e. past 30 days due), a payment reminder will be sent, and services will be discontinued immediately until full payment is remitted and received.

Following back payment, MineWrite Marketing is not responsible and is to be held blameless for any deadlines missed and/or other unplanned circumstances resulting from such interruptions in service. Also, in such cases, MineWrite is not responsible for workload backlogs which may have accrued during the hiatus.

A $50 fee will be added to any check payments that are returned.
